My Journey:

After leaving an abusive relationship, I found myself trapped in a cycle of attracting similar partners. Despite seeking counseling and exploring various therapeutic avenues, the patterns persisted. It wasn’t until I attended a local Emotion Code workshop that I discovered the healing potential of this modality. Inspired by Dr. Bradley Nelson's book, The Emotion Code®, and through Body Code sessions with a skilled practitioner, I finally unearthed the root causes of my struggles. The profound relief I experienced from releasing years of emotional baggage was nothing short of life-changing, igniting a passion in me to share this transformative journey with others.

Emotion Code® and Body Code™ are holistic tools designed to support you in exploring emotional patterns and perceived energetic influences. Many clients report a sense of emotional relief, increased awareness, or a deeper sense of ease following a session. These modalities are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

The Body Code™, is a sophisticated and complete method of body balancing for the following aspects;

Anything that is imbalanced in the body can be identified and corrected. This technique is not meant to replace any medical treatment, but by correcting underlying imbalances, we help the body’s innate self-healing ability to take over. As a result, discomfort and malfunction in the body often disappear, the organs function as they should, nutrients are absorbed properly, energy levels are raised, and emotional issues become manageable or nonexistent.

What is Belief Code?

HOW EMOTION CODE CAN HELP YOUR PET RESTORE BALANCE AND WELLBEING

Pets are family too! Just like humans our pet's can have negative experiences that can cause trapped emotions. These trapped emotions can cause our pets to have negative symptoms such as; aggressive behavior, excessive barking, separation anxiety, biting, chewing, pulling on leash and stress.

We use The Emotion Code ®

to identify the trapped emotions and release them for good .

WHAT IS MUSCLE TESTING

Muscle testing is a reliable tool used to analyze what the body needs, and identify the root cause of negative symptoms. We use muscle testing as a way to access your subconscious mind so we can identify trapped emotions (emotional baggage) or imbalances within the body. Once the negative emotions and imbalances are identified we work to release them. Muscle testing is also used to confirm the release and correction of any imbalances' that were found during the session.

How it works

Each session is personalized and centered on your comfort.

You remain fully clothed. Sessions are gentle and non-invasive.

Experiences vary from person to person. Some people report deep relaxation, emotional insight, or a renewed sense of clarity.

You are always in control and may pause or stop at any time.
