After leaving an abusive relationship, I struggled to understand why I kept attracting abusive partners despite seeking counseling and using various therapeutic tools. It was during an Emotion Code workshop in my area that I discovered the power of this healing modality. Through reading Dr. Bradley Nelson's book, The Emotion Code ® , and attending Body Code sessions with another practitioner, I finally understood the root causes of my patterns and was able to release the emotional baggage that had been holding me back for years. The immediate relief I felt after letting go of this burden was life-changing, and I wanted to share this transformative experience with others.

What is the Emotion COde® and body code system™?

The Emotion Code® helps enable people to get rid of their emotional baggage. The technique works to identify, and release trapped emotions, which are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped emotions can cause a variety of physical and emotional issues such as pain, feeling disconnected from others and blocking people from feeling and experiencing love, happiness, abundance, joy and peace. Because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like the rest of the body, they exert an influence on the body’s tissues and can cause physical discomfort. Releasing trapped emotions makes conditions right for the body to heal itself physically, and emotional difficulties often disappear or become much easier to handle.

The Body Code™, is a sophisticated and complete method of body balancing for the following aspects;

Anything that is imbalanced in the body can be identified and corrected.
